We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date, time, and provider team are available. For milestone occasions such as anniversaries or holidays, 3–4 weeks is ideal.

All three of our experiences — The Escape, The Retreat, and The Sanctuary — can be brought to your private residence, hotel suite, or short-term rental. We simply ask that the space allow reasonable setup room for our team.

We proudly serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. If you’re just outside our standard radius, reach out — we’re often able to accommodate with a small travel fee.

Our team typically arrives 30–45 minutes before your scheduled start time to set the ambiance and prepare, and allows a similar window afterward for discreet breakdown, so your evening is never rushed.

We understand life is spontaneous. While advance booking guarantees the widest availability, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on provider availability.

The Escape is our entry-point experience, perfect for an intimate night in. The Retreat, our most popular tier, expands on massage duration, menu offerings, and ambiance detailing for a fuller evening. The Sanctuary is our signature top-tier experience, offering the most extensive customization, longest service durations, and most elevated presentation.

Absolutely. Every tier includes a curated menu, and our personal chefs are happy to accommodate additional courses, seasonal substitutions, or special requests submitted ahead of your booking.

Yes. Every therapist in our network is licensed, background-checked, and personally vetted for professionalism before joining our roster, so you can relax with complete confidence.

Of course — ambiance curation is core to what we do. Let us know the occasion when booking, and we’ll tailor lighting, decor, and table styling to match, from romantic anniversaries to celebratory birthdays.

Yes. Please share any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) at the time of booking, and your chef will design the menu around them.

Alcohol is client-provided. This keeps us compliant and gives you full control over your selections — and our team is happy to suggest pairings for whatever menu you choose.

Yes, even though we don’t supply alcohol directly, your chef can recommend pairings suited to your menu so you can select or provide the ideal bottle for the evening.

Popular add-ons include extended massage time, additional courses, enhanced decor and floral upgrades, and specialty desserts. Ask us about current add-on options when you book.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and provider team, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your experience.

We ask for advance notice to cancel or reschedule so our independent providers can be compensated fairly for their time. Deposits are non-refundable but can typically be applied toward a future rescheduled date within a reasonable window.

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure digital payment through our online booking system.

Gratuity is not included in the package price. It’s always appreciated but entirely optional, and can be given directly to your provider(s) on the day of service.

In the rare case a provider becomes unavailable, we work quickly to arrange a qualified replacement from our network. If we’re unable to do so, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Your experience matters to us. If any part of your evening doesn’t meet expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work to make it right.
